I am so grateful for the Lord's patience with me. I need to be be patient and learn to wait on His timing.
I also want to more often express the gratitude I feel for all He blesses me with.
I read this thought a while back -"What if when you woke up in the morning all you had was what you had thanked the Lord for the night before?"
I felt like I had been hit in the stomach when I read this. I need to pray more prayers of gratitude.
"but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." - Phillipians 4:6
I need to emphazize the thanksgiving part. I am grateful. I like to hear my children say "thank you". I'm sure he likes to hear it too!
I am grateful for all that I have!!! Especially the spiritual blessings. Temporal blessings are great but I do not know where I would be with out the spiritual blessings.
